The Yellow (Site Visitor) SKILLcard is intended those workers whose duties regularly and occasionally take them onto the worksite, but who do not fall under the remit of any of the other card types, and are not directly engaged in planning, maintenance or construction on site.
To gain a Yellow SKILLcard, you’ll need to have already passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test.
There are no further requirements.
The Yellow (Site Visitor) SKILLcard is valid for five years and can be renewed.
There is no advancement as such for Yellow SKILLcard holders, but they may wish to take on a different role within the HVACR industry. If so, seeking a Red, Green or Blue card might be appropriate.
